Privacy Policy

XPI Schedule (“XPI Schedule,” “we,” “us”), a product of XPI Solutions, provides online scheduling and booking software. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using XPI Schedule, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, workspace name, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Scheduling data — the booking types, availability, and booking pages you create.
Booking information — details entered by people who book with you, such as their name, email, chosen time, and any answers to your questions.
Payment information — when payments are enabled, card processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Connected services — if you connect Google Calendar, the calendar data described below.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google account, XPI Schedule requests access to your Google Calendar free/busy information and calendar events, solely to:

check your availability so invitees are only offered times you are free; and
create, update, and cancel calendar events (including Google Meet links) for bookings made through XPI Schedule.

Limited Use disclosure. XPI Schedule’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the scheduling features you request. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can disconnect Google at any time from the Integrations page, which revokes our access.

How we use information

To operate your booking pages, calculate availability, and process bookings.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and related notifications by email.
To process payments you enable through our payment provider.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run XPI Schedule — for example, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and hosting — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Sensitive credentials and tokens are encrypted, and access is restricted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations page.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
