Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XPI Schedule, a scheduling and booking product of XPI Solutions (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use XPI Schedule.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: violating any law; sending spam or unsolicited messages; infringing others’ rights; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; or using it to collect sensitive information without a lawful basis.

Bookings and payments

You are responsible for the booking types, availability, and content you publish, and for honoring bookings made through your pages. When you enable payments, transactions are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are subject to their terms. XPI Schedule may charge a subscription fee and/or a platform fee as described on our pricing page.

Connected services

If you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep XPI Schedule available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using XPI Schedule at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
